Start by uploading a clear photo of your prescription via our secure online portal. Our system is designed to protect your privacy and ensure your medical information is handled with the utmost care.
Once you've uploaded your prescription, one of our experienced pharmacists will review it and reach out to you within 12 hours. During this call, the pharmacist will confirm the details of your prescription, address any questions you might have, and provide an estimated time when your medications will be ready for pickup.
After the pharmacist's confirmation, we will call you back as soon as your order is ready. Simply come to our location once you receive the call, where you can conveniently pay for your order on the premises. Our goal is to make the prescription fulfillment process as seamless and stress-free as possible, ensuring you get the medications you need promptly.
Operating Hours
We are open Monday to Saturday from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, and on Sundays and Public Holidays from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM. These extended hours are designed to accommodate your busy schedule, making it easier for you to pick up your prescriptions at a time that suits you best.
